Taxpayers are footing the bill for illegal alien child molester suspect’s kidney dialysis

In South Bend, Indiana, an illegal alien who has been accused of child molestation is undergoing kidney dialysis three times a week at county taxpayers’ expense. The treatments have cost $17,000 per month since the man was arrested last summer.

The man is awaiting trial Feb. 12 on child molesting and other charges. The 46-year-old man was born in Mexico and has previously been deported from the U.S.

The Indiana county is obligated under state law to pay for life sustaining medical procedures when a patient is jailed, County officials hope that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will help cover the treatment costs.

$3.3 million spent on immigration lobbying efforts in 2006

In 2006, big business, labor unions and other pro-immigration groups spent millions of dollars lobbying Congress. Though more than $3.3 was spent on immigration lobbying during FY 2006, the House and Senate passed different versions of immigration legislation.

Most of the $3.3 million total was spent by supporters of the amnesty-style legislation contained in the Senate bill, which would have created a guest-worker program and offered a path to citizenship for immigrants in the country illegally. Some lawmakers who supported the Senate bill said business groups may have to work even harder this year if they want to pass legislation.

Groups that advocate tougher border security also lobbied Congress in 2006, but disclosure forms show they were outnumbered by a broad coalition of pro-amnesty corporations, unions and nonprofit advocacy groups.

Mexican drug cartels offering bounty to stop American Indian Shadow Wolves

The Shadow Wolves, a special American Indian tracker unit, combine traditional tracking skills with modern police techniques to thwart drug and human smugglers. They work with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Mexican drug cartels have now put a bounty of $500,000 on the Shadow Wolves. The cartels also put a price on the members of the Shadow Wolves' families. The cartels say they will pay $50,000 for the death of an immediate family member.

The 18 member Shadow Wolves unit patrols the Tohono O'odham Nation on the U.S-Mexico border, and are responsible for some of the largest seizures of drugs in the U.S. More than 1,500 immigrants use the Tohono O'odham Reservation to illegally enter the U.S. every day.

Within three months of being assigned to ICE in October, the Shadow Wolves found 3.5 tons of marijuana on the northern part of the Tohono O'odham Nation. Since then, they have seized a total of 22,723 pounds of marijuana.

Local, state police agencies seek immigration power

Maricopa County Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio created a special unit to enforce an Arizona law that made immigrant smuggling a state crime, sent a 250-member posse into the desert to search for human smugglers and sought a legal opinion allowing him to arrest not only smugglers but also their customers.

He wants the deputies to be able to make immigration arrests when they come across suspected illegal immigrants in traffic stops and other police calls.

He is among a rising number of local police seeking that power. While state and local law enforcement have stayed away from immigration enforcement in the past, 42 agencies across the country are asking the federal government to train officers to make immigration arrests and speed up deportations. Many more have expressed interest. Broadened powers help make communities safer. "It's a force multiplier," said CIS’s Marcy Forman.

State, local agencies already trained to enforce immigration law:
Florida Department of Law Enforcement
Alabama Department of Public Safety
Arizona Department of Corrections
Orange County (Calif.) Sheriff's Department
Mecklenburg County (N.C.) Sheriff's Office
Los Angeles County (Calif.) Sheriff's Department
San Bernardino County (Calif.) Sheriff's Department

Border Patrol find 1,600 lbs. of pot in truck abandoned at Cabeza Prieta national refuge

Border Patrol agents working at a remote campsite in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge this week found more than 1,600 pounds of marijuana in an abandoned truck.

Late one evening, Border Patrol Search, Trauma, and Rescue agents spotted tire tracks near the boundary of Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument and Cabeza Prieta, said the Border Patrol Tucson Sector spokesman.

They notified agents working at Camp Grip, 60 miles southwest of Ajo where agents stay for about seven days at a time. The agents followed the tracks and found 354 bundles of marijuana inside an abandoned 2005 Ford F-250 pickup truck that had been reported stolen in California.

The 1,627 pounds of marijuana has an estimated value of $1.627 million.
Contractors may suffer bans for hiring illegals

WASHINGTON - Federal contractors caught hiring illegal immigrants would be banned from government work for up to a decade under sanctions the Senate added unanimously to a minimum wage bill.

The Senate's action Thursday, pushed by Republican senators, was this Congress' first foray into immigration regulation, and it prompted an outcry of opposition from business groups.

By a vote of 94-0, the Senate approved an amendment by Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., that would impose a contract ban on companies, even if they inadvertently hired illegal workers, from seven to 10 years. The ban would not be subject to appeal in court, but the federal government could waive it for national security reasons.

Editor's Note: Beware the Ides of March. Hopefully, this is a positive new trend and not an single action that can serve as an excuse to pass an amnesty now that the Senate has "solved" the problem of employers hiring illegal aliens.

Momentum builds for English as official US language

The effort to make English the official US language is gaining momentum, with legislation about to be introduced in Congress, and already being considered in seven states. Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King, Iowa Republican is expected to reintroduce the English Language Unity Act in February.

"The states have been wonderful on this," said Jim Boulet Jr., executive director of English First, an organization that supports making English the official language. "The problem isn't getting bills passed, it's getting them enforced."

King had 160 co-sponsors for his bill in the last session of Congress, and it is described as having broad, bipartisan support. English-language laws have been introduced by state legislators in Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey and Oklahoma, and similar legislation is expected to be introduced in other states before the end of the month.

Said Mauro E. Mujica, Chairman of U.S. Englishm a group that supports making English the official language, "I hope the jump-start that this issue has received will pay dividends in the near future by making English the official language and knocking down the linguistic barriers that divide our society."

Illegal aliens are damaging U.S. citizens with 'silent war', says Minuteman founder

Minuteman Founder Jim Gilchrist said this week that the “silent war” illegal aliens are conducting against U.S. citizens is causing a higher toll than the war in Iraq. The ongoing silent war, he said, is "taking its toll in lives and domestic tranquility."

In the last five years, “45,000 U.S. residents have been killed in action via homicide or manslaughter at the hands of illegal aliens, and another 300,000 have been wounded," he said.

The financial cost is also significant, he said. Welfare benefit programs used strictly by illegal immigrants are costing "$400 billion a year - four times the annual cost of the war in Iraq," he added. "Our coffers are being plundered by those who don't deserve them," he noted, adding "Those programs were earmarked for American citizens.”

Gilchrist founded the Minuteman Project in 2004 after "years of frustrated efforts trying to get a neglectful U.S. government to simply enforce existing immigration laws. We just want to preserve a civilized society under the rule of law, under the First Amendment. That's the way the Founding Fathers set it up," he said.

Revolt building in Congress over conviction of border agents

More than 70 Republican Congress members are co-sponsoring a House resolution that would order the convictions and sentences of Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean vacated and also order that they be released from custody immediately. The resolution, H.R. 563, was introduced by Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-California.

In introducing the resolution, Hunter said, "Agents Ramos and Compean fulfilled their responsibilities as Border Patrol agents and rightfully pursued a suspected and fleeing drug smuggler. It is irresponsible to punish them with jail time." Hunter’s legislative assistant added “the facts of this case are so nebulous that the case represents a severe injustice. Agents Ramos and Compean felt threatened and acted appropriately to apprehend the individual. At most, an administrative punishment is required but certainly not 11- and 12-year federal prison sentences."

The resolution, if passed, would constitute a congressional pardon, an unusual procedure given that criminal pardons typically are considered only within the constitutional purview of the president

Bush uses State of the Union address to promote amnesty for illegal aliens

Providing amnesty for illegal aliens living in the United States was one of the major proposals pushed by President Bush in his 2007 State of the Union message on January 23. Bush saw the new Democratic-controlled Congress as being a receptive audience for his proposal.

The President echoed his earlier effort to provide amnesty for illegals. The initiative also includes a temporary guest-worker program, toughened security on the border and more aggressive enforcement of immigration laws at the workplace.

Enforcement-minded Republicans are sure to question the proposal. More than a half-dozen House Republicans, led by Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., scheduled a press conference for Wednesday to oppose the plan.

Last year, the then-Republican-led Senate approved an amnesty plan that would legalize millions of undocumented workers already in the country. The measure died in the then-GOP-led House amid objections by conservative members of Bush's party.

Big money is backing La Raza

The National Council of La Raza (The Race), the nation's largest and most influential Hispanic chauvinist organization, receives financial backing from some of America's largest banks and corporations. With multi-million dollar funding from corporate America, La Raza operates a powerful political and communications network of hundreds of affiliates in 41 states that works to shape American government and society to suit its own ideological and cultural interests.

A powerful advocate for amnesty for illegal aliens and a staunch opponent of border security, La Raza lobbies regularly on behalf of the political positions taken by the Mexican government against U.S. border fencing and interior immigration law enforcement.

Its activities on behalf of millions of illegal Hispanic immigrants in the U.S., most of them from Mexico, help countries like Mexico achieve demographic and political leverage in domestic American affairs. La Raza's efforts are made possible by millions of dollars supplied by some of the most well-known names in corporate America. Here is a list of some of La Raza's multiyear, multimillio-dollar corporate financiers.

Georgia immigration raids returned jobs to local black workers

Last September, federal immigration agents raided a Stillmore, Georgia chicken-processing company named Crider Inc. Crider lost 75 percent of its 900-member work force following the raid, but fall and early winter returned many of the jobs to local African Americans. In the late 1990s, large numbers of Latinos arrived in the area. Working for lower wages, they replaced the blacks who had been working for Crider.

After the raids, Crider raised pay at the plant, and offered free transportation from nearby towns. For the first time in years, the company aggressively sought workers from the area’s employment offices.

The sudden reversal of economic fortunes in a Georgia town clearly displays the answer to the question: Do illegal immigrants take jobs from low-skilled American workers? The answer in Stillmore is yes. The impact of immigration on low-wage American workers should come under increasing scrutiny as the Congress considers immigration reform.

Texas seafood company faces $500,000 fine; its president faces jail and fine

This time, the federal investigators and the courts got it right. Clifforn Hillman, 64, president of one of Texas' largest wholesale seafood businesses, faces six months in jail and a $3,000 fine after pleading guilty in federal court to hiring illegal aliens after helping them fake social security.

But his company, Hillman's Shrimp and Oyster Co., faces a whopping fine of up to $500,000 for helping illegal aliens get work visas and tutoring illegal employees on how to create false identities to keep their jobs. Along with two employees, Hillman pleaded guilty this week in Galveston U.S. court to one misdemeanor count each of conspiracy to hire undocumented aliens. The company entered a guilty plea to a felony charge of conspiracy to harbor illegal aliens.

An investigation by federal agencies revealed the Hillman company engaged in a scheme to employ illegal aliens.
The New Face of the Republican Party

Despite a huge uprising among republicans party members. RNC Committee delegates throughout the nation; and vocal opposition from groups like U.S. Border Control and English First, Sen. Mel Martinez was elected yesterday as the general chairman of the Republican National Committee.

The uproar was due to the fact that Senator Martinez has been an unabashed supporter of amnesty for illegal aliens. Martinez, a Cuban who was granted asylum when he fled communist Cuba, insists he does not support amnesty.

U.S. Border Control, as a members of a coalition of groups opposing his nomination, sent thousands of postcards to RNC delegates urging their opposition. USBC Chairman Ed Nelson offered these remarks at yesterday's press conference before the vote:

"Like the President, whose support for open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens, cost the Party its control of the Congress, Sen. Martinez' control of the RNC will undoubtedly cost the Republicans the White House in 2008.

"By aligning himself with Ted Kennedy and Hillary Clinton on the new, thinly disguised amnesty known as the AgJobs bill, Sen. Martinez has once again thumbed his nose at 80% of the American people and 99% of the Republicans who are totally opposed to amnesty and open borders."

Apparently, the only way the RNC leadership was able to get Martinez elected was to use questionable and, in some delegates opinions, illegal, parliamentary procedures to end the floor fight over his nomination.

Mr. Martinez was elected by an uncounted voice vote, instead of a secret ballot when Robert M. "Mike" Duncan, the newly elected day-to-day RNC chairman, called for a voice vote, in violation of Roberts Rules of Parliamentary Procedure and the RNC's own rules to have a secret ballot on the creation of a general chairmanship.

Editor's note: For the past several years, the Republican party, the party that is supposed to respect the rule of law, seems to have lost its way. In the immediate last election, the party went out of its way to oppose the candidacies of strong conservative challengers because they didn't follow the party line on open borders, welfare and amnesty for illegal aliens. The next time you receive a fundraising letter from the RNC, don't throw it away, use the postage paid reply envelope to tell them "When they close the borders, you'll open your wallet."

Democrats Want to Stop Border Fence

House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer, D-Md., said the House will reconsider a plan to build a fence along the southwestern border between Mexico and the United States.

“I think the fence will be revisited,” Hoyer told reporters on Tuesday. “Appropriators will look at whether or not this is an expenditure that continues to make sense to them or whether there are other ways” to address the problem of illegal immigration.

Hoyer echoed the sentiments of Homeland Security Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., who said last week that he wanted to delay construction of the fence until Congress passes a broad border security plan.

The GOP-led Congress passed the fence bill last year (PL 109-367) in an effort to prevent illegal aliens from crossing into the United States. But the fence plan, estimated to cost $50 billion, is not popular even with the Bush administration, never mind the Democrats.

The fence was initially planned to be 700 miles long, but those estimates proved to be too short — by about 154 miles — to reach "point to point," according to Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., the original sponsor of the fence bill.

"The objective would be, as we move forward, to secure the border,” Hoyer said. “There has not been agreement that the fence is the best way to do it.”

An American Worker Speaks Out Against Unions & Democrats

Ask Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid why they are siding with Bush and the criminal corporations against the American people. Write letters to newspapers in their home states asking if the people who voted for them expected them to side with Bush and the criminal corporations against the American people.

Ask every single labor union democrat you know why "their guys are siding with El Presidente Jorge Bush to bring in millions of third world serfs, depress their wages, and probably take their jobs and livelihood?

If they give you any smart answers, ask them how many English speaking drywallers they think there are in Southern California today - Not very damned many. The Democrats have been slitting big labor's throat since at least Clinton and NAFTA, and they're accelerating it now with amnesty

Team up with blacks in your area. Most of the regular people in the black community know all too well that illegal immigration hurts them very directly. Most blue collar blacks have been hurt financially as blue collar wages have dropped and jobs went to illegals rather than to blacks.

If Democrats start to feel the heat from unions and blacks they may do the right thing ... because they can't win without those groups.

Tancredo announces presidential campaign exploratory committee

Colorado Republican Rep. Tom Tancredo, an outspoken opponent of illegal immigration, announced Tuesday that he is forming an exploratory committee for a possible presidential campaign.

After a weekend trip to Iowa, Tancredo said voters there told him other presidential candidates don't share their views. Tancredo has said immigration would be a central issue if he does run.

Tancredo met with activists and GOP leaders in Iowa. "Too many people believe that their leaders in Washington have forgotten them," Tancredo said after the visit. "I want to make sure that their voices are heard in the upcoming election."
Mel Martinez is a Terrible Choice to be Chairman of the RNC

Jim Boulet, Exec. Director of English First (www.englishfirst.org) , has been running a campaign to prevent Mel Martinez from becoming Chairman of the Republican National Committee. His nomination was considered a "done deal" until Jim's effort got underway.

Now, it is looks like it is really possible to dump him. Jim's strategy was to go directly to the RNC committee people and deluge them with email, calls, letters, etc... and it is having an effect.

The delegates from Nevada are complaining they are getting all these calls about Martinez; Texas delegates have already pledged unanimously they will vote AGAINST Martinez; and delegates throughout the country are taking a second look at Martinez, especially now, when he has just signed onto the new AgJobs (amnesty) bill.

And yesterday's Washington Times front page headlines that the choice of Martinez has sparked a rebellion in the GOP.

"Rebellion is brewing among conservatives on the Republican National Committee over President's Bush's attempt to "impose" Sen. Mel Martinez of Florida as "general chairman" of the party, who favors "amnesty" for illegal aliens. "

Martinez continues to demonstrate that he is on the wrong side of everything conservatives believe in. Recently, he joined Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy and others as a cosponsor of the AgJobs bill, a thinly veiled amnesty for illegal aliens.

We can stop him. Please urge all of your friend to go to http://www.stopmartinez.com/ where they can find out all the ways they can take action against this latest outrage from the Bush Administration.

24 hour countdown finds lawmakers, citizens continuing efforts to keep two Border Patrol agents from jail

Two veteran U.S. Border Patrol agents who shot a Mexican drug runner on the Texas side of the U.S./Mexico border are hoping a last-ditch pardon from President Bush will save them from beginning to serve more than a decade in prison.

Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean are scheduled to turn themselves in to authorities Wednesday to begin serving 11 and 12 years, for the February 2005 non-fatal shooting.

A number of groups have been trying, through petitions, to keep the agents out of prison. They are seeking either a motion to U.S. District Judge Kathleen Cardone to allow them to remain free on bond during an appeal or a pardon from President Bush. A dozen rallies took place across the country in support of the agents in the last week.

Rare brain worms are the latest border disease

Fatal disease found in developing countries with poor hygiene habits
has made its way into the united States - thanks to illegal aliens.

Medical professionals in South Texas have identified another disease that has apparently slipped across the border – caused by a rare brain worm that can be fatal and is being spread by unsanitary food-handling practices.

While not yet classified as a "major outbreak," several cases of cysticercosis have been identified in South Texas, a spokesman for San Antonio's Metro Health District told KENS-TV, San Antonio.

Magnetic resonance image showing multiple cysticerci within patient's brain

According to the Center for Disease Control, cysticercosis is an infection caused by the pork tapeworm, Taenia solium. Infection occurs when the tapeworm larvae are ingested, pass through the intestinal wall and enter the body to form cysticerci, or cysts. The cysts migrate throughout the body, resulting in symptoms that vary depending on whether they lodge in the muscles, the eyes, the brain or spinal cord.

Editor's note: Hundreds of new diseases, for which Americans have no immunity, are entering our country every year and killing innocent American citizens. We have to close our borders NOW!

Military Considers Recruiting Foreigners

Expedited citizenship would be an incentive.

Washington - The armed forces, already struggling to meet recruiting goals, are considering expanding the number of noncitizens in the ranks - including disputed proposals to open recruiting stations overseas and putting illegal immigrants on a fast track to US citizenship if they volunteer - according to Pentagon officials.

Who would you want sharing your foxhole?

Foreign citizens serving in the US military is a highly charged issue, which could expose the Pentagon to criticism that it is essentially using mercenaries to defend the country. Other analysts voice concern that a large contingent of illegal aliens under arms could jeopardize national security or reflect badly on Americans' willingness to serve in uniform.

Unfortunately, the idea of signing up illegal aliens who are seeking US citizenship is gaining traction as a way to address a critical need for the Pentagon, while fully absorbing some of the roughly 2-3 million illegal immigrants that enter the United States legally each year.

What do you think?

Personally, I think it is a terrible idea. With so many screwballs and religious fanatics eager to blow themselves up for their god, our military has to be very sure who it is training and arming.

This is an issue that needs to be discussed. Please click 'comments' below to add your opinion. Thank you.

Congressman Royce Issues Statement on Border Agent Appeal

Washington, Jan 11 - Congressman Ed Royce (R-CA) issued the following statement calling on the Attorney General to allow Border Agents to remain free on bond pending appeal

“The government and the US Attorney have elected to support a criminal - in this country illegally - over the men and women who protect our society from drugs."

Two family members of drug smuggler, Aldrete-Davila, interviewed by the Daily Bulletin in El Paso, said Aldrete-Davila has been smuggling drugs since he was 14 and "wouldn't move drugs unless he had a gun on him."

The family member, who insisted on anonymity, added that Aldrete-Davila has "been bragging about the money he's going to get in a lawsuit every time we talk to him - but now he's nervous."

"Aldrete-Davila is suing the U.S. Border Patrol for $5 million for violating his civil rights. Meanwhile, the families of both agents are struggling under the financial and emotional strain of impending lengthy prison terms."

"The drug smuggler, who was granted immunity to testify against the two agents, has subsequently been apprehended again, with an even larger cache of drugs. I find this simply astonishing."

"Several glaring discrepancies in the government’s case and the handling of the jury, raise serious questions whether justice has been served. Permitting these men to be incarcerated in the interim will put their lives at risk."

”This is yet another example of how some in government are more concerned about the welfare and rights of illegals and drug dealers than they are about America and the brave Americans that protect this country.”

Click here to send an email to President Bush right now!

BACKGROUND:

Border Patrol Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean are currently scheduled to serve 11 and 12 year prison terms, respectively, this month. The case has garnered national attention because of the harsh prosecution and seemingly unjust conviction of the agents for shooting a fleeing illegal drug smuggler during an altercation. Over 740 pounds (over $1 million street value) of marijuana was discovered in his van near the border.

LULAC-League of United Latin American Citizens

LULAC leader blames Americans for crimes by Mexicans

A federal study of America's "catch & release" program for illegal aliens revealed that illegal immigrants arrested and released for breaking state or local law had on an average been arrested six times.

Responding to this report, the president of the Dallas chapter of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Jesse Diaz, stated that if Americans want to blame anybody for the rampant crime among illegals, they need to blame themselves!

I'm serious. Diaz asserts that when the illegals come to the U.S., "they're picking up those bad habits of shooting, drinking [and] drugs."

Right, Senor Diaz, Mexico is a peaceful, happy, crime-free, drug-free country. And TIJUANA is sort of like a Mexican Disneyland. What has Senor Diaz been smoking to come up with this unbelievable fantasy.

Little by little, LULAC, like La Raza, is coming out of the closet to reveal itself as a radical organization whose interests do not coincide with the best interests of the United States. And politicians taht are willing to do or say anything to ingratiate themselves with these groups need to rethink their actions ... because the American people will judge them accordingly.

Comic book instructions aren’t enough, now the Mexican government considers giving migrants GPS devices

Two years ago, the Mexican government shocked Americans when it handed out ‘comic book’ style instruction to Mexican migrants, showing how to secretly cross the border into the U.S. and live without attracting much attention.

But now the Mexican government may take things a step further and provide the migrants with satellite-tracking global positioning devices to assist in crossing the border.

In 2005, illegal aliens crossing into the U.S. were found with comic books and videos — produced and distributed by the Mexican government — that described how to sneak into the United States and remain safe. Soon, Mexican citizens planning to enter the U.S. illegally will be given high-tech satellite tracking devices to ensure that they arrive safely at their destination. Authorities in Mexico expect that about 20,000 devices will be handed out once the project is formally launched later this year.

The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) agrees that plenty of blame should be placed on the boldness of the Mexican government. 'But I think there’s a role here, too, for outrage at our State Department and the Bush administration, said CIS’ John Keeley.

'Mexico is receiving no disincentive, no push-back from the American government,' he said, adding that the U.S. government should be reminding Mexico to respect America’s sovereignty.

Keeley claims that the Bush administration has demonstrated over the last six years that it has 'no stomach for enforcing immigration laws.’ Because the example on how to deal with the issue 'begins at the top,' he said, '... we need to hold our government leaders accountable.'

More than 100,000 illegal aliens give birth each year in California

Each year, more than 100,000 illegal alien women set anchors in California, human anchors, that is. The illegal alien women give birth to ‘100,000 anchor babies’ giving them an instant family tie to a U.S. citizen.

But who pays for their medical care? The state and federal taxpayer funded Medicaid program, Medi-Cal pays. Births to illegal immigrants and related expenses cost the program more than 40 percent of the $1 billion it spends each year on health care for illegal aliens.

California has long been a generous state in offering such services to illegal immigrants. Everything from pregnancy tests to postpartum checkups is covered.

Groups seeking better enforcement of immigration laws argue that such 'birthright' U.S. citizenship for babies born on U.S. soil is an incentive for illegal immigrants to have their children here.

Prenatal care is one of the most controversial aspects of providing health care to illegal immigrants. While labor and delivery long have been considered emergencies, entitled to federally-funded care, federal officials have balked at covering prenatal care.

Thought for the day

Would you like to see your auto insurance rates go down? Would you like to see the roads less crowded? Would you like to live in a community with less crime, less vandalism, less drugs, less rape, less pedophilia? Of course you would.

It's really quite simple. All we need to do is persuade the 20 million illegal aliens who are here to go home and take all of their bad habits with them.

And the way to do that is to STOP HIRING THEM! It is time to insist that the CEOs of Tyson's Foods, Swift and Co, and all the other criminals, who are knowingly hiring illegal aliens to increase their profits, need to go to jail for their crimes.

But the politicians are reluctant to punish them because these companies make huge campaign contributions. What to do? Help the politicians understand that there will be no chance of any more campaign contributions if they are thrown out of office.

They need to understand that they have more to fear from we, the people, than anybody else -- because we have all the power if we are courageous enough to exercise it.

Has the National Guard been told to CUT & RUN?

"Cut & Run," a phrase used by the Bush administration to describe how the Democrats would handle the Iraq War, now seems to have become official policy for the Bush Administration, as far as our own southern border is concerned!

Apparently, four armed men, wearing paramilitary uniforms, crossed into the United States near an observation outpost of the U.S. National Guard, sent there eight months ago.

As the gunmen approached, the Guardsmen, following their "rules of engagement," ran away to avoid the encounter.

What? The National Guard ran away rather than interdict an armed incursion onto U.S. soil? Ran away from possible terrorists bent on killing Americans? What the Hell is going on here?

A Border Patrol official says the National Guard troops acted appropriately when they abandoned their post near the border southwest of Tucson as the four gunmen approached from Mexico.

"It's the nearest that Guard members have come to an armed conflict on the border since spring when President Bush pledged up to 6,000 troops to help slow illegal immigration along the United States' 1,950-mile southern border."

The National Guard, following their orders, retreated and called for the Border Patrol to go after the invaders. The BP agents responded within minutes and scoured the area by helicopter and on the ground, but the gunmen were not located.

Roughly 5,700 Guard members now are stationed along the border, more than a quarter of whom are in Arizona.

Editor's note: The program for putting National Guard troops, on the border was named "Operation Jumpstart" in that it is supposed to secure the border while the administration built up the Border Patrol.

It was nothing more than an election stunt and a terrible waste of taxpayer's money. it should have been named "Operation Too Little and Too Late," especially now, when we know they aren't going to interdict even armed paramilitary incursions and they certainly aren't going to build a fence.

America needs to stop trying to solve the world's problems and address a few of our own major problems. It's time to tell South Korea to stop making cars and start making tanks and fallout shelters because we are taking our army home and putting them on our own border where they belong!

Satellites will help Mexicans sneak Across U.S. Border

Apparently, Illegal aliens crossing the U.S.-Mexico border will be given hand held GPS devices by Mexican authorities to help them survive their illegal entry into the US. (GPS stands for global positioning system and use orbiting satellites to navigate ships at sea and cars on our highways. The devices can be programmed to provide precise, turn by turn directions and are accurate to within a few meters)

Migrants who get lost or sick during the four-day crossing will be able to activate the high-tech device to alert police on both sides of the border.

"Our intention is to save lives," Jaime Obregon, coordinator for the state commission for migrants in Puebla, the Mexican state behind the project, told the London Telegraph. "There are lots of people looking to cross and we are working with the U.S. authorities to make sure they do not die on the way."

Editor's note: First, they published pamphlets; now they are providing high tech devices to help illegal aliens sneak across. Why is our government not telling Mexico to cease and desist these actions immediately or serious trade reprisals

Social Security payments to illegals would threaten the program for U.S. citizens

After three years of arguments and Freedom of Information Act requests, the Social Security Administration has finally released a copy of the U.S.-Mexico Social Security Totalization Agreement. (See the agreement at http://www.tscl.org/NewContent/Totalization_Agreement.pdf)

The organization which sought the document said it shows what was expected, that Social Security payments to illegal alien Mexicans in the U.S. would be a huge threat to the future of Social Security. Any Mexican worker with as little as 18 months of employment history in the U.S. could end up qualifying for some Social Security retirement benefits.

Estimates of the number of illegals in the U.S. range to 20 million. Most are from Mexico. If even some of them qualify for Social Security benefits, the costs could quickly run into the billions.

The “Totalization” agreement between the United States and Mexico was signed in June 2004, and is now awaiting President Bush's signature. Once that signature is in place, the U.S. House and Senate have only 60 days to disapprove the agreement by voting to reject it.

The Center for Immigration Studies says the plan ‘represents a sell-out of American workers and their families.' 'Such a one-sided pact with its enormous financial risks should never have been negotiated in the first place,' it concluded.

The CIS said the agreement would attract illegals to the U.S., while providing only marginal benefits to any U.S. workers or employers in Mexico.
